Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, purchase a digital product, submit music, or communicate with WLPWR, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, service interest, project details, links, and messages.

How information is used

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, provide requested services, deliver purchases, operate music reviews and broadcasts, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and improve the WLPWR experience. WLPWR does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

WLPWR uses third-party platforms to operate parts of the business, including Tally for inquiries, Payhip and its payment processors for digital sales, Nero for music submissions, and YouTube for broadcasts. Information you provide through those services is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, and service-delivery purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by WLPWR by emailing wlpwr@bndwth.net. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Website use

This website provides information about WLPWR services, programs, digital products, broadcasts, and submission opportunities. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Inquiries and acceptance

Submitting an inquiry, application, or music submission does not guarantee acceptance, a response, representation, placement, development services, or a business relationship. WLPWR may accept or decline opportunities at its discretion.

Services and project agreements

Production, development, mixing, consulting, and other professional services are governed by a separate written agreement or project order that defines scope, fees, ownership, credits, revisions, timelines, cancellations, and delivery. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or product license, the WLPWR name, website design, written content, graphics, audio, video, educational material, and other original materials are owned by WLPWR or used with permission. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

External platforms

Links to Tally, Payhip, Nero, YouTube, and social platforms are provided for convenience. Purchases, submissions, payments, accounts, and activity on those services are also governed by the third party’s terms.

No guaranteed outcome

Music and entertainment results vary. WLPWR does not guarantee streams, placements, chart positions, revenue, audience growth, label interest, or any other commercial result.

03 / Refunds

Digital Product Refund Policy

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. Because access to the files is provided immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered except where required by law.

If a purchased file is materially defective, incomplete, or inaccessible, email wlpwr@bndwth.net within seven days of purchase with your order details. WLPWR will make a reasonable effort to replace or restore access to the purchased files.

Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling for custom services are governed by the written agreement or project order for that engagement.
